Booking Deposit:
A 20% deposit is required to secure some services, including but not limited to Moving, Deep Cleaning, and One-Time cleaning appointments. This deposit reserves time exclusively for your booking and prevents us from accepting other work during that time.
Accuracy of Information:
By booking our services, the client confirms that all information provided (including property size, condition, level of cleaning required, access, pets, and any health or safety concerns) is accurate and complete.
Misrepresentation:
If, upon arrival, the information provided is found to be materially inaccurate or misleading and prevents us from completing the service as booked, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. In such cases, the deposit may be retained to cover time, travel, and lost booking opportunity.
Cancellations:

Cancellations made with 24 hours notice or more, may be eligible for a deposit refund or credit.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
The deposit is non-refundable in situations including but not limited to:

Client misrepresentation of the scope or condition of the job

Inaccessible property or denial of entry

Unsafe or undisclosed conditions that prevent work from proceeding
Application of Deposit:
When services are completed as agreed, the deposit will be applied toward the final invoice.

No personally identifiable information, including names, addresses, or distinguishing details, will be shared publicly. We are committed to keeping all client information confidential and will not disclose private or sensitive information to third parties except as required by law. Likewise, clients agree not to record, distribute, or misuse images, videos, or personal information of our staff without consent.
